Help with my Hackintosh laptop

I'm working on getting macOS Sierra running in my laptop but would love to get some help, I know in asking for a lot but would someone be able to tell me what tweaks I'd need to make for my system to run properly?

Intel HD Graphics 520
1TB Seagate Hard Drive (GPT Table)
Internal 1920x1080 15.6' display
Elantech Touchpad

Again I know it's a lot but maybe there's a kind soul out there?
