Toshiba Tecra R840

Hello, I 've compiled my laptop specs via CPU-Z on windows "if it makes any difference" and all I am asking is any one with the proper knowledge to take a look at it and tell me wither it would work with MacOSX or not, I promise to be back with specific technical questions not like this one.

PS: I do not have the proper knowledge to know which/what parts would work with mac or not, that's why I am here
