Any suitable Kext available for RTL8723BE PCIe Wireless Network Adapter&8 Series HD Audio Controller

I have installed hackintosh on my HP notebook 15-ac192TX recently, sound & Wifi not working...sound not working as expected, but working with low sound. is there any way to fix this issue?... any kexts available? or i have to change the hardware? ...
