[solved] Hp Elitebook 8460p (El Capitan Laptop Support)

I was following the guide and I've followed the steps and I've reinstalled it 5 times and I always get stuck on
"IOCTL not recongnized: 111 out of 236"
I can boot up the laptop with safe mode, everything works in safe mode, just the interface is laggy when in safe mode.

Any idea on what could be the issue?
